Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new outfit, but if it's not quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Return Option

  Select whether you would like a store credit with a bonus top-up or a direct size exchange for the same style.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the parcel off at your nearest post office.

• 4.
  Get Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your store credit or exchange order will be processed within 3-5 business days.
